Yinyin brings more than 20 years of experience leading product, platform, and technology innovation across complex, global organizations. Most recently, she served in senior product leadership roles at GE Appliances, where she was responsible for large-scale product portfolios, platform strategy, and end-to-end execution across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams. Her background spans modular platform architecture, lifecycle management, new product introduction, and scaling connected ecosystems that drive both customer value and business performance.
At Aegis, Yinyin will lead the company’s innovation strategy with a focus on product and platform development, long-term technology vision, and disciplined execution. Her role is central to how Aegis continues to evolve its solutions, ensuring customers benefit from systems that are flexible, scalable, and built to perform in real-world operations.
