An accomplished engineering leader with 30-years of experience in equipment design & development, system integration and engineering management. Dean received his Masters of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville and is the author or co-author of eight US patents related to the field of material handling automation. Major accomplishments in the field include the development of new-to-industry products and solutions such as the Singulation, Scan and Induction System.

Over the course of her career she worked across the United States, India and partnered with Global HR teams. Formerly, she worked in Oil and Gas manufacturing as the HR liaison for employees such as commodity traders, functional engineers, plant operators and craftsmen. She brings depth of experience spanning the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, a passion for employee experience and excitement to progress the great work of Aegis Sortation to innovate and transform the workplace and the industries in which it operates.
