  • Monique’s human resource experience started in Silicon Valley supporting high tech clients. Over the course of her career she worked across the United States, India and partnered with Global HR teams. Formerly, she worked in Oil and Gas manufacturing as the HR liaison for employees such as commodity traders, functional engineers, plant operators and craftsmen. She brings depth of experience spanning the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, a passion for employee experience and excitement to progress the great work of Aegis Sortation to innovate and transform the workplace and the industries in which it operates.

Holding a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Steven has led project management and operations for some of the largest integrators in the field. At Aegis Sortation, Steven is accountable for driving excellence in every project—meeting commitments through safe, high-quality, and reliable solutions that empower businesses to modernize and thrive.
