TrueDrive MDR
Power and Flexibility for Conveyance Applications
Motor driven roller (MDR) technology reimagined from the ground up - with exclusive Dynamic Zone Control™ (DZC™). Instead of multi-roller zones connected by failure-prone belts, drive motors are cost-effectively integrated into individual rollers.
This fresh approach to proven MDR technology enables rapid acceleration, tighter accumulation on the fly, and greater energy efficiency. DZC systems also reduce maintenance and improve safety by eliminating O-rings and enabling predictive maintenance capabilities.
Dynamic Zone Control Systems
DZC Systems give you precise control with tighter gaps between parcels, increasing throughput up to 250% while eliminating the need for accumulation conveyors.
DZC Max systems take full advantage of DZC technology by incorporating drive motors into every roller, increasing throughput as much as 250% while minimizing your total cost of ownership (TCO). They're also 15% more efficient than traditional MDR systems—with guaranteed 100% uptime.
